2021 ended with plenty of promise but 2022 has exceeded expectations for this architecture practice in Buckinghamshire. With an expanding workload they want to strengthen their internal resources with two project leads.

With a history as delivery specialists within the residential sector, they are expanding their offering now seeing more and more success with their design and planning bids. The work varies from high value one-off homes to large scale residential developments, all based around the South East.

They are now looking for some experienced individuals who are looking to take on key duties on these types of projects. You may be a qualified Architect or a Technologist but what will stand you in good stead is a history of working on substantial residential schemes.

You will be seeking a role where you will be hands-on with drawing production but also managing the delivery of schemes inclusive of client liaison responsibility. The practice uses ArchiCAD so it's desired that you have used this tool, though training will be offered should your skills in the other areas stand out.
