As a scheduler, you will work within a team to plan and co-ordinate activities for field service engineers. The business is a market leader in weighing and labelling solutions for the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Scheduler Job specification

Logging and processing customer calls in a timely manner.
Planning and coordinating field service engineer activities and diaries
Responding to all customer interactions and managing customer data.
Generating customer quotations.
Proactively driving the growth of maintenance plans.
Driving continuous improvements.
Managing Stakeholders expectations.
Proactive planning and organising post sales activities.
Organising engineers to maximise productivity.

Profile

Scheduler experience and character specification

Customer focused with excellent customer service experience.
Effective communication skills both oral and written.
Experience in planning and coordinating field service engineers.
Be a confident problem solver.
Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Organised with a good attention to detail.
