Mechanical Contracts Manager

Our client are a leading and highly-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning across multiple sectors including Commercial, Office and Government Buildings, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Leisure, with typical Contract Values ranging from £500k up to £10m, and due to continuing levels of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Contracts Manager.

Projects are predominantly based in the regions of East Anglia and East Midlands.

* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar (e.g. Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Operations Manager) working within the M&E Building Services sector

* Proven and successful track record of managing and delivery projects with contract values ranging from £500k up to £10m.

* You should have a good understanding of Contract Commercial and Operational Terms and Conditions.

* You will be managing and supporting teams of Project Managers, QHSE Manager, Supervisors, QS and Operatives to suit workload and clients requirements

* Ensure that the Projects assigned to you are delivered on time and within budget

* Excellent communication and client facing skills

* Ideally Qualified to HNC / HND or Degree level in Building Services or similar

* Driving Licence

Annual Salary and Benefits

* Base salary: £70k – £80k depending on experience
