This is a role for an Application Support Developer with a good knowledge of the .Net Framework and some experience of C#.
We are seeking an avid problem solver to take on 4th line calls passed on from the support team for web based application software that runs within an Azure App Service environment. You need to be comfortable analysing code in Visual Studio for this role with a good level of .Net experience and some experience with C#, Javascript and web APi's
We expect you will already have experience in supporting, troubleshooting and resolving issues with web application software and as well as being familiar with .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JS frameworks, in addition it would great if you had knowledge of Azure services.
Key criteria for the Application Support Developer:
* Practical experience in C#, with in-depth knowledge of the .Net framework
* Experience of using the Visual Studio development environment
* An excellent understanding of web development concepts and technologies
* Comfortable in taking part in technical discussions
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail to identify and resolve issues with code
This is a great opportunity for someone who has come from a technical support background with development experience who is looking to make a step into full time development support work with a focus on resolving and troubleshooting problems.
