A-Rec Education are working with an Ofsted rated "Good", Primary school, situated within the Bletchley area of Milton Keynes who require an experienced Teaching Assistant.

The school require an experienced Teaching Assistant to be able to come in and hit the ground running and offer general classroom support to their Year 3 class. This position is full time and ideally starting over the course of the next couple of weeks and will run until the end of the academic year.

The requirements:

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;

* Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within the classroom as a Teaching Assistant

* Be engaging and flexible if needed

* Able to deal with challenging behaviour

* Have a patient, creative approach

* Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
