£20,000 to £25,000 Dependant on experience

We have a fabulous opportunity for you, a Recruitment Resourcer to a small, thriving and incredibly busy IT Recruitment company, working on a fully remote basis.
We are looking for you, if you have:

Excellent people skills. Happy to pick up the phone to anyone
Are determined and hard working – able to look at challenges from different angles in order to overcome them.
Are thorough and patient
Honest and reliable
The Recruitment Resourcer position is absolutely key to keeping our customer and candidates happy. You do this by:

Searching Job board databases – really searching out those hard-to-find candidates
Searching and connection with useful contacts on social media – mainly linked in
Vetting applications from adverts
Interviewing candidates (you will be phoning candidates all the time)
CV preparation, introduction emails
Recruitment is challenging, varied, frustrating, rewarding, love it one day, hate it the next. It works for hardworking, dedicated and determined people who go the extra mile, have excellent people skills.
