Milton Keynes based flexible role as MI Analyst – Contact Centre focused, you'll enhance or optimise the performance of customer contact centre through the analysis of MI using SQL or SAS. Looking at service levels and achieving productivity goals.
You'll use a variety of skills, utilising technologies and driving process improvements, ensuring the call centre and customer service teams support customer engagement strategies operate productively, compliantly and provide our customers with the services and solutions they need, on the channels they prefer.
It's not just the variety of this role. You'll be part of a great team too. You'll work with a range of stakeholders, operating cross functionally with internal and external business partners within Financial Support, Risk and Retail.
Description
What the MI Analyst – Contact Centre individual will be doing
Constantly seeking to identify better ways to contact and engage with customers through analysis of operational data
Using data, analysis, and process automation to enhance and optimise customer contact and engagement strategies.
Utilising data, analysis, and process automation to design and implement champion challenger tests.
Providing subject matter expertise in local and business level projects.
Working with multiple areas within the call centre and customer service teams in the pursuit great service, paying attention to portfolio level performance in addition to operational performance.Profile
What this MI Analyst – Contact Centre role is looking for
Previous MI Analysis experience
Strong analytical / numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make appropriate recommendations.
Experience of coding using MS SQL or SAS
Experience driving process improvements and analysing data for continuous improvement.
Strong data-based approach to problem solving, with proven appropriate technical skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.Job Offer
