A role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week – 08:30 – 17:00.
The Service Support Co-ordinators contribute to a thriving Service Support Team, delivering great customer service to key customers who need assistance with managing their commercial needs, as well as delivering support to office and field-based colleagues across the UK.
Working within a team of Service Support Co-ordinators, alongside Service Support Advisors. You will regularly communicate with Service Call Planners and Field Based Service Technicians and internal colleagues to resolve customer issues.
First point of contact for specified customer accounts ensuring high standards of communication to achieve excellent customer experience.
Supporting the customer with the organisation of proactive and reactive maintenance visits to ensure professional care of their equipment.
Efficient investigation and resolution of customer queries
Field Support
Providing Service Technicians with further information as required (access times, spending limits, etc.)
Supporting National Accounts Managers with managing and meeting customer expectations.
Service Administration
Logging and following up repair calls using SAP
Tracking warehouse orders to co-ordinate delivery with scheduled technician visits
Producing customer quotations
Raising order and invoices for chargeable work, dealing with invoice queries
Updating ETA and status of the call
Uploading quotes and requesting uplifts when required
Submitting cost of the completed, chargeable visits
Data Management
Maintaining accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access times, etc.)
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Effective organisational skills
Training will be provided on SAP
