Our Client is an exporting company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Due to the expansion of their company they are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
You must have an outgoing personality to fit in with the company’s culture and have a can do attitude.
Because you will be supporting staff within the sales team, this role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to deal with a wide range of tasks including processing customer orders into production jobs, material sourcing, supplier negotiations, quotations, and sales support administrative tasks.
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT Skills are key. You must be assertive with an eye for details and a high level of focus.
Duties:
Answering queries from people regarding orders
Raising of customer orders and editing if requirement changes
Management of inbound customer service phone calls and enquiries
Supporting sales team with all customer actions.

Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000 – £25,000 per year dependent on experience
