Our Client is a manufacturing company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who provide labels for many companies in a wide variety of market sectors.
Due to the expansion of their company they are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
You must have an outgoing personality to fit in with the company’s culture and have a can do attitude.
Because you will be supporting staff within the sales team, this role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to deal with a wide range of tasks including processing customer orders into production jobs, material sourcing, supplier negotiations, quotations, and sales support administrative tasks.
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT Skills are key. You must be assertive with an eye for details and a high level of focus.
Duties:
Raising of customer orders and editing if requirement changes
Management of inbound customer service phone calls and enquiries
Customer account management
Supporting sales team with all customer actions
Supporting sales team obtaining technical information from suppliers included negotiating material pricing
Tracking customer deliveries and obtaining and sending proof of deliveries when needed
Source materials and samples for the sales team
Booking in Deliveries at customers sites
Uploading prospect data from spreadsheets to CRM system populated by sales team
Calling house accounts to ensure orders are replenished
Collect and post samples for the sales team
General assistance and administration support of the sales team

Salary:
£22,000 – £24,000 per year dependent on experience

Previous print industry experience would be advantageous
Fluent French speaking would be advantageous
