Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Service Scheduler.

Position: Service Scheduler

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary: Up to £25,000

The job will involve…

Being responsible for the co-ordination of the engineering team and activities
Managing co-ordination of resources to meet the needs of customers
Providing ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders
Logging and processing calls in a timely manner
Generating customer quotations
Proactively planning and organising post sales activities
Driving continuous improvements
The Person will…

Be customer focused, with excellent customer service experience
Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Have experience of planning and coordinating field service engineers
Be a confident problem solver
Have the ability to work well under pressure
Be organized with good attention to detail
Have experience of working to SLA’s and KPI’s
Be a team player
