MCG Construction has a new opportunity for a qualified Scheduling Administrator for a major contract in High Wycombe.
The Role:
*Chasing Purchase Orders
● Clearing Actions
● Updating the Parts Backlog Report
● Raising Project Tickets
● Booking Accommodation
● Returns and Returns Time Line / SLA Log
● Amending the Status Report
● Processing Engineer Overtime for Payroll
● Responsible for the Engineer On Call Rota, liaising with telephone and On call providers
● Rescheduling of ppm tickets for the Hydrex team
The Person:
*Previous work within a customer service environment
● Understanding of office practices would be desirable
● Experience of call handling
● Computer literate
● Some commercial experience would be desirable
● Good communicator with both internal and external customers
● Able to deal with difficult customers and employees
● Approachable, helpful, calm, assertive and flexible
● Experience using Google Suite would be desirable but not essential
