If you have exceptional Administration skills and an eye for detail, you should definitely read on.
We are looking for an energetic and well-organised Administrator to assist the Import and Export Commercial functions with administrative support as well as providing support to our International Sales team, with requests for International Commercial information.
Key responsibilities:
Reconciling supplier invoices
Raising Purchase Orders
Compiling sales invoice data for billing including Import manual billing
Deal with Invoice queries
Compile weekly Customer Service Update email and update recipient list
Generate ad-hoc AWB (e.g. Data Interconnect)
Price requests and queries
Maintain PPI library and provide to sales when required
Produce various weekly and monthly reports for Commercial and Sales
Compile and publish daily, or as required, international service reports for customers and internal use
General data queries
Organise supplier meetings and produce minutes
CNR requests
Maintain Quote Log
Maintain holiday plannerWe would welcome applications with the following skills; International Commercial Assistant, Administrator, Admin, Data, AWB, Reconciliation, Reporting, PPI, Filing, Supplier Relationship Management, IT Literate, MS Office, Communication.
Essential Skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Organised, logical, self-motivated.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing to a high level.
Confident and able to operate cross-functionally. Practical.
Numerate.
Ambitious with a good sense of humour.
