An excellent opportunity has arisen for our client, a respected distributor of high quality Toys from some of the Worlds leading brands. Based in Milton Keynes, the successful candidate will have extensive Customer Service experience preferably within a similar industry and be able to provide an efficient and high quality after sales service to clients and customers. Must have strong communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels. Maintain and establish good working relationships, along with being professional at all times.
The role will include the following activities:
* Helpdesk and customer service enquiries
* Assisting with sales and requests for spares
* Product technical support to resellers, representatives and the public
* Processing telephone, email and postal enquiries
* Pick, pack and post spares orders
* Liaising with product suppliers and manufacturers
* Dealing with repairs
* Warranty claims evaluation and settlements
* Documenting product returns
* General administration duties
Skill Requirements:
* Good communicator both through an excellent telephone manner and well written email communication
* Self motivated and proactive
* Organised, responsible and diligent
* Enthusiastic team player
* Investigative, listening and problem solving skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
* Ideally some experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
* Able to use own initiative
* Good attention to detail
A knowledge of the Toy/Hobby/Retail industry, plastic construction kits or radio control would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided; however, the successful candidate will need the ability to learn and retain information quickly.
