Overall Purpose:

To directly manage the daily resource on site to ensure the effective and accurate receipt/locating of Hanging Garments and carry out locating and condensing stock in line with agreed space plan and Service Level Agreements

In this role you are accountable for:

To directly manage the performance, conduct and absence of all employees on the department headcount
To be responsible for the development of the HGI Keyworker and all employees on the department through the performance management cycle
To constantly promote efficiency within the operation
Maintain Health & Safety standards and comply with responsibilities within Health & Safety Policy 
Cascade any Health & Safety issues to H&S Team
Ensure all activities are covered by a SSOW and that they are followed
Report any new working practises to H&S
Monitor security within your area, report issues to Security Manager
Inform staff of any procedural changes via correct processRequired skills, knowledge, and experience:

Consistently manage all activities to improve results within Hanging Goods In
Manage performance  through clear direction and objective setting
Actively encourage the development of self and others
Ability to identify issues and report in a timely manner
Ability to interact effectively at all levels in order to achieve business results
Provide clear direction ensuring your team are motivated to perform to a high standard
Support change
Good knowledge of WMS
Self motivating and results driven
 Deliver any additional project work in line with agreed objectives

5 from 7 6am-2pm
