Vehicle Estimator – Milton Keynes – Accident Repairs – £34,000

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Vehicle Estimator for a local well respected business specialising in motor accident repairs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team working within the accident repair workshop which is a well supported working environment. The role details are as folows:

Hours

Monday to Friday 8 am to 1730pm

plus one Saturday per month. on a rota basis.

All Applicants Must Be ATA Qualified.

The Role / Duties

Handle Customer Enquiries and queries promptly, by phone and in person.

Liaise with insurance companies and providers

Estimate the damage to customer vehicles on site and off site

Valuating vehicle to repair costs

Ordering correct parts

Obtaining correct repair methods

Update customers and providers with repair status.

Updating online insurance/work provider systems

Obtain repair authority

To be considered for this VDA/ Estimator role, you must have:

ATA Qualifications

Full UK Driving licence

Excellent computer skills

Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Good organisation skills

To be a great team player and work well under pressure

The position comes with an annual salary of £34,000
