B2B Sales Executive

£26,000 – £30,000 a year DOE- Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

The B2B Sales Executive is accountable for delivering goals, through alignment with the brand and ethos. Engaging colleagues to drive B2B awareness and leads and can deliver self-generated new business to build a strong sales pipeline. Your purpose is to offer a 'one stop’ B2B hardware and security solution and drive B2B sales growth in the contact centre based in Marlow.

Experience / Skills Required:

· Sales experience with a strong background in a B2B Contact Centre environment.

· Experience in “solution driven” telco/mobile sales is ideal, but not essential.

· Experience of driving new business leads from inception to completion.

· Proven track record in selling into SME's

· Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships including C- Suite level clients.

· Flexible approach with a “can-do” positive attitude.

· Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment.

· A love for all things tech.

· Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning.

Responsible for:

· Achieving call and sales targets and maintaining high customer service levels from within a Contact Centre.

· Engaging with store network and developing your team to identify high quality business leads to drive sales.

· Delivering self-gen leads through a mix of cold calling and ‘hunting’.

· Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base from a standing start.

· Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities.

· Gather market intelligence from across the country, identify relevant market opportunities and apply these insights in your business planning process to achieve your sales targets.

· Identify, nurture, and develop relationships with key clients and important partner organisations to maximise revenue streams.

Salary: £26,000.00 – £30,000.00 per year DOE
