Contract Performance Manager
Home based with UK wide travel as required
£70,000 – £80,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance, Bonus, Holiday, Pension

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Performance Manager to join a stable, growing service provider and work with one of their major clients in the Financial Services Industry.

This company is an international service provider who works with a range of key clients all over the world. They use a combination of data, insight and people to work with customers in a range of industries including offices, factories and airports. In this role you will be working with one of their major clients who are one of the biggest names in the Finance Industry.

In this role you will be responsible for taking ownership of and effectively manage all aspects of Contract Governance, Data, MI and Supplier Management for the account. You will set the targets for the whole portfolio as well as individual head offices and data centres. You will set up and maintain efficient processes that underpin the success of the above key deliverables. And develop and implement the overall strategy for governance and data management to meet the strategic intent of the organisation and the customer in all areas of business.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant management discipline or have a degree in IT / Computer Science. You will be proficient in data management and automation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc. You will also have demonstratable experience with CAFM systems including how to integrate with operations as well as add data management systems. You will be excellent at developing business relationships at all levels and be confident in dealing with senior management and customers.

The Role:
*Operational Management of Environmental, Governance and MI Team which is dedicated to the account
*Set targets for the whole portfolio as well as individual head offices / data centres
*Develop and maintain overall strategy for governance and data management
*Home based with UK wide travel to sites as needed

The Person:
*Degree qualified in relevant management discipline or IT
*Experience using data management and automation tools – Tableau, PowerBI etc.
*Demonstratable experience of CAFM systems
*Must be willing to travel to various sites across the UK
