IT Administrator, Milton Keynes, £16 per hour PAYE, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30, initial 3-month contract.
Your new role:
You will be working for our clients who are leaders in the banking industry as an IT Administrator.
Day to day duties include:
Add/change/delete accounts,
Add/change/delete group profiles.
Modify user accounts to add or remove access
Develop and construct security groups that give access to various resources
Assist with resolving security related issues or problems
Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent working knowledge of Exchange Understanding of 0365
IT Experience within the Service Environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer care skills
Understanding of RemedyServiceNow
