Business Development Manager – EPoS and Payment Solutions

Basic salary to £40,000, OTE £80,000 + car allowance + benefits

This is a remote role covering the UK

My client specialises in EPoS, payment and stock control solutions to support the catering and retail sectors. They are looking for someone to join the team in a new business capacity, selling specifically into the further and higher education sector This would suit someone with great new business skills, a background either in EPoS or other software or even someone with a strong background selling into education or contract catering. A fully remote role, covering the UK with fantastic earning potential!

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to identify new name business within the catering market for Further and Higher Education organisations
Selling EPoS solutions, payment and stock management systems, you'd have access to educational lead databases, can utilise existing relationships with contract caterers and all leads and tender requests from universities will be passed to you in this position.
This is a remote role, covering the UK from a home base with some meetings via Teams and some on client sites.
Working as part of a team including account managers and business development within other vertical sectorsThe Person:

We're looking for someone with a great track record in new business sales with the drive and motivation to succeed
Software or EPoS sales experience into any sector is preferred but we could consider someone who has sold any product or solution into either the contract catering sector or into the FE or HE market place too.
Strong communication and presentation skills are needed as well as the ability to be organised and work from home.
Experience of writing and submitting tenders would be beneficial as this is included in this position
A full UK driving license is needed and you'll be comfortable travelling to any client site in the UK when needed,The Package:

A basic salary up to £40,000 is offered with on target earnings of £80,000 per annum
There is a £5,000 car allowance included plus mileage and expenses
