Support Analyst, 1st / 2nd Line

An IT Support Analyst is urgently needed to join a successful insurance company based just outside of Princes Risborough. It’s a great opportunity for an IT Support Analyst looking to join a great team, as well as progress their career in IT.

The Role

The IT Support Analyst will be providing a combination of 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd line support, and will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshooting issues across all types of devices (desk/laptops/tablets/printers/switches etc.)

Ideally having experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft365, Azure, and ideally experience with building computers from parts, this really is a great opportunity for an IT Support Analyst looking to build their career in a varied and rewarding role.

What’s Required?

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst’s technical experience and abilities will include:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally supporting windows operating systems
A familiarity with Office365, Windows 10, Exchange, and Azure, plus TCP/IP, DNS would be favourable
Any exposure to Active Directory, Exchange, cloud-based phone systems and / or Open Gi would be highly beneficial
Prior experience building computers from parts would be highly favourable
Great communication and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail
