A global technical company, specialising in designing and delivering products and solutions to leading industries are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide internal IT Support to the company, with remote support for other sites as and when required.
Info about what the role entails
* The IT Support Engineer will provide full IT Support (helpdesk, troubleshooting and monitoring hardware/software/network infrastructure and carrying out PC builds)
* Software management (including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ensuring robustness against any cyber weaknesses)
* Administration of Active Directory for user accounts
* Liaising with external suppliers (including 3rd party support companies) and internal stakeholders
Essential Requirements of the IT Support Engineer
* Experienced in managing internal IT infrastructure
* Experienced with MS Office 2016, MS Windows 10, Microsoft Server, Group policy deployment
* Understanding and experience with networking (trouble shooting, route cause, infrastructure)
Nice to Have Requirements of the IT Support Engineer
* Microsoft 365 experience and ERP systems (this isn’t an essential requirement)
