Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Land and Development Sales Consultant to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Gerrards Cross.

In this Land and Development Sales Consultant role, day to day you can expect to:
To provide an unrivalled level of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving set targets. The individual will actively demonstrate tenacity and a competitive nature with the ability to expand and develop their current role and add value to the office and company
Responsibilities
* Ensure all administration and reporting is completed in a timely manner
* Market Research
* Identifying land development opportunities through study of local plans
* Contacting developer clients to discuss requirements and introducing purchase opportunities
* Liaising regularly with local developers to build relationships with regards to their land requirements
* Inspection and valuation of proposed new development site
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
Required Skills and Experience
* Willing to work weekends.
* Experience of hitting and exceeding targets.
* Well presented.
* Professional manner.
* Good Telephone manner.
* Strong Communicator.
* Driving licence.
* Reliable and honest.
* Sales or customer service experience
* Knowledge of the New Homes sector
* Knowledge of the current property market
