Our client is a market leader in the fashion headwaer and sports apparel market

They are looking to complete their Analytics team by recruiting for a Fashion Analyst

As a Fashion Analyst you will be responsible for analysing sales, managing stock levels and highly involved in strategic projects for the EMEA business. This role would suit someone from a Merchandising background or a similar analytical role, particularly from the Fashion/Retail sector.

Responsibilities –

You will be responsible for their ‘Commercial Projects’ where you will be analysing and reporting on how their fashion lines are doing and also manageing their ‘market place’ sales and stock levels.

* Analyse sales and performance data and translate results into reports.

* Put together presentations to highlight results to various teams in the business and be able to present to people of all levels.

* Manage the launch of new Marketplace accounts, liaising with IT and Operations and ensuring adequate stock for demand.

* Control inventory levels, stock transfers, and replenishment to Marketplace accounts as required.

* Oversee discounts for residual/clearance product and be a point of contact for any related stock queries.

* Create inventory updates for sales teams and proactively encourage residual inventory sales.

* Be an integral part of running our eBay and Depop outlets, including adding new products, managing deliveries, and analysing sales performance.

* Provide detailed ad-hoc analysis when required on specific products/product groups.

* Be a Head Office contact point for Business Analytics department queries and communications.

Essential skills

* Microsoft Office Excel advanced level

* Microsoft Office PowerPoint

* Ability to co-ordinate and manage data analysis requests of varying size and scope

* Sales/Analysis/Merchandising environment experience

Some knowledge of an ERP system (SAP) would be preferable, as would an understanding of Marketplace processes
