I am currently recruiting for a part time Admin Assistant to join my clients Milton Keynes office. This role will be office based over 21 hours a week, with flexibility on days and times for the right candidate.
My client is a leader in their field, working on a variety of projects across the UK including the HS2. They are looking for a calm, organised and meticulous administrator to join their small and friendly team: offering a great package and nurturing environment, this is one not to be missed!
The day-to-day:
Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
Greeting visitors
Distributing mail, contracts & employment packs
Liaising with suppliers & contractors in regards to cleaning, stationary, PPE etc
Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure invoices are paid
Maintaining the HR database (absences, project working hours & holidays)
Booking meeting rooms, events, courses, travel & hotel (ad hoc)
General admin duties

Qualities & experience:
Experience in a similar role
IT Skills: Microsoft Office & database management
Strong communication skills
Able to negotiate when needed
Self-motivated, disciplined & approachable
This role may need ad hoc hours worked on Weekends – with generous compensation. A full job spec will be provided on successful application.
