Here’s What you’ll be getting up to
You’ll be advising families on the best cover for them, not only considering their health but also what they will be able to afford and what cover will suit their needs the best.
To be awesome at this role, you’ll need to be a great listener with a high level of attention to detail. You’ll need to be confident in asking personal questions to build a picture of the family and what will be the best way to protect them. To give you all the tools you’ll need to succeed, we’ll take you through a 2-week induction and then your team coach, mentor and leader will guide you to really get the best out of your calls.
We’ll give you great training but coming to us with sales experience would give you a real head start. Even better if it’s experience speaking with clients on the phone. You need to have a drive to be successful and be someone who’ll become a great ambassador of our culture.
We have a very specific DNA that we look for in our future ‘Searchers, someone who will radiate our values and mission to be open and honest, show tolerance and care and deliver excellence in everything we do to get as many families protected as possible.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the Milton Keynes office, with a rota with a variety of shift patterns.
