Procurement Specialist – £35,000 – £40,000 + £4,800 cash car allowance – High Growth Business – Milton Keynes/ Remote (Hybrid)

Cedar are working with an exciting, high growth business to recruit a procurement specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional to further their career in a dynamic and expanding organisation, currently at the forefront of bringing next generation technology to the UK market.

This role will support the procurement manager in running procurement projects across multiple categories, managing supplier and stakeholder relationships and writing and implementing procurement strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder and have experience running procurement projects. They will also be a self-starter, capable of dealing with ambiguity, who wants to grow and progress within an exciting industry.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist

Supporting the development of procurement strategy and policies
Identifying new suppliers, conducting interviews and advising on supplier selection
Contribute to process improvement
Build and develop supplier and stakeholder relationships
Support the procurement process
Mentor Junior team members

Requirements

Experience in supplier selection
Desire to grow and develop
Excellent relationship builder

You will get

Up to £40,000 basic salary
£4,800 Cash Car allowance
Performance Related Bonus
