Alliance Automotive Group are a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the independent aftermarket in France, Germany and the UK. We service independent repairers, body shops, auto centres, fast fit companies and end consumers with parts and equipment through a network of national and regional logistics platforms as well as networks of local distributors comprising our own subsidiaries and independent affiliates

We currently have a vacancy for an Invoice Administrator in our Returns and Matching Department based at the Milton Keynes Head Office. The departments objective is to alleviate the BM’s from spending time investigating invoice and credit bounce backs that fail to match on the system.

Responsibilities:

* To intercept unmatched invoices

* To accept, pass, match invoices where deemed fit or no further action to be taken

* Small booking errors

* Challenge supplier on handling charges and carriage charges

* Price queries

* Carriage not booked/added to the order

* To review reason behind bounce back and code accordingly

* To action solution if no further investigation is required

* To pass on to BM if a response is required that will require authorisation by RMD

* To notify BM of stock adjustments to be made

* To notify LVP of incorrect price files on system

Desired requirements;

* Knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar

* Purchase Ledger experience would be preferable

* Goods Receiving knowledge would be preferable

* Strong written and verbal skills, be computer literate in Microsoft package and have impeccable attention to detail
