Position: Contracts Manager

Salary: £68,500 – 78,500 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

Region: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the Northern Home Counties. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £2M to £20M in value.

The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-

Construction

All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets. Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
Will be supported by site teams including senior project managers, project managers, site managers, engineers & quantity surveyors.Ideal candidate

Industrial/ Commercial/ Logistics build background
Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
Proactive approach & Forward thinker
SMSTS minimum
