IT Analyst

Tsrn are working with a leading Manufacturer based in Milton Keynes who are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join their team. This is a standalone role working with the clients various sites covering the UK , American and European network. The key purpose of this role is to assist the support of the IT Systems of the client including but not limited to implementations, customizations and projects. Pervious knowledge of working with ERP systems is highly essential.

Key duties may include:

To assist the day to day functionality of the ERP system, user PC’s and network.

To work with external IT partners to maintain and enhance the client IT Systems

To participate in projects to implement, test and design system upgrades/changes

To assist various departments and teams to create and document procedures.

To always provide backup and support to other IT staff on installation, maintenance and updates to hardware and software.

Key experience required:

Previous experience of ERP systems.( Experience of Epicor is desirable, but not necessary.)

Knowledge of SQL and / or programming skills are desirable.

Previous exposure to operational dashboards and reporting is desirable.

Excellent communicator with the ability to work with all peoples at all levels

Critical attention to detail.

Proactive, professional and committed to providing first class customer service.

Ability to handle conflicting priorities in a change orientated environment.

Proven Investigative and problem-solving skills.
