FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING

MILTON KEYNES AREA – HOMEBASED

UP TO £50,000 PER ANNUM + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + £100,000 OTE + COMPANY CAR/ALLOWANCE + BENEFITS!

THE OPPORTUNITY:

My client is a market leading business who specialise in construction and engineering services who are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their highly successful and growing sales team at an exciting point in their expansion plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Sales Executive / Telesales / Business Development / Sales Management / Field Sales / Area Sales role within Engineering or Construction who is looking for a new challenge where you will benefit from a business with an excellent reputation in the industry and pre-existing relationships!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating sales opportunities through proactive business development and pitching
Using various methods to identify new opportunities
Building relationships and networking to develop strong sales pipeline
Making proactive contact with new clients and reaching out to prospective clients who have made enquiries
Arranging meetings with clients to consult and quote for their projects
Developing relationships with various contacts within existing clients and identifying new opportunities within them
Following up on previous conversations to gain feedback and overcome objections
Closing sales to meet and exceed set sales targets
Working with the wider sales and support team to arrange for quotations and pricing to be provided to clients
Regularly maintain CRM and provide necessary sales reports THE PERSON:

This role is ideally suited to a confident, results-driven individual with at least 3 years of sales experience.

Existing knowledge/ experience in the Construction / Engineering Industry
Excellent record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Fantastic client relationship building skills
Genuine drive and ambition to succeed in sales
