Concept Resourcing are currently working with a leading global managed service provider to recruit a Network Specialist to join their growing infrastructure team. We are looking to find someone with hands on networking experience, as well as capable of being involved in the design and documentation, and comfortable in a client facing environment.

Salary – £55,000 – £65,000 + £6,000 car allowance + package

Location – Remote, with occasional travel to customer sites

The Role

Act as the networking technical specialist for project delivery
Support with the creation of high-level designs and assist the pre-sales team with presentations
Create detailed low-level designs, and scope-of-works documentation
Take technical ownership of client queries, including occasional high-level escalations from the service desk
Responsible for communication and issue resolution to customer stakeholders

Required Experience

In depth experience of core networking technologies
Strong routing, switching, and security skills
Strong firewall experience, ideally FortiGate
HPE or Cisco product experience
Ideally Managed Service Provider experience, or experience working with a large internal infrastructure
CCNP certified or equivalent certification is ideal
