Business Development Manager, ERP Software. £65,000 Basic Salary, £90,000 OTE + executive benefits package including company car and private health. A home-based business development role with a well-established provider of Enterprise Resource Planning and PLM software. This is sold primarily into manufacturing and engineering environments and has great support from Marketing and Sales Support. The role is home-based and visiting clients when necessary.

'Must Haves' to Apply

* While all leads are generated by marketing and SDRs it requires a 'consultative hunter' approach that can quickly build credibility with clients and be an excellent fact-finder.

* It requires experience of selling Enterprise resource planning Software or similar ideally into manufacturing or technical, engineering-type environments.

* As a person you will have a dedicated and focused approach yet be warm, engaging, approachable, professional, inspiring, highly self-motivated and personable.

Also, we are looking for proven operators, not 'job-hoppers', so your CV should demonstrate logical career growth and facts and stats on how you have developed business and won accounts.
