Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer
* For Ad hoc contract work – INSIDE IR35
* Rates: £25.50 per hour PAYE; £33.00 per hour Umbrella Co
* 12 hour shifts (day or night) or
* 9 to 10 hour shifts for PPMs (day)

Profile
We are looking for Multi skilled Maintenance Engineers, preferably with an electrical bias, ideally with experience from within FMCG/Food or Packaging and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The ad hoc multi skilled engineers would cover the odd days or nights whenever you are free. Sometimes the requests are last minute, when our client needs sickness cover, but there is also holiday cover required
The Role
As Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be working within a team responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of new and existing equipment. You will be working on food process machinery and will be dealing with fault finding on various different PLC's, You will also be responsible for breakdowns. You should be a good team player, as well as a competent and pragmatic decision maker for when you are working independently; someone with experience in responding to breakdowns, installations, PPM’s, continuous improvement
