Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor required for our client; a well-established HVAC service and maintenance company specialising in building services for the construction industry based in Bedfordshire.
Due to the businesses success and their expansion they are now looking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager working in their housing department.
The Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor will work closely with all teams to ensure smooth running of the business and will be required to occasionally visit site around Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire but some part of this role is office based therefore the successful Contracts Manager will need to live within a commutable distance to these areas and be happy with travel to be accepted.
Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor Position Overview
Reduce any risk to contract with the use of effective communication between all departmental managers
Manage approx. 8 sites
Attend management meetings
Ensure fluent communication between the client's reps and their teams
Provide labour forecasts to share with the teams
Ensure Health and Safety across all projects
Review Budgets
Implement various internal procedures
Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor Position Requirements
Proven experience working in a similar role
A background in engineering is advantageous
Excellent knowledge of the building services industry
Full Driving Licence
Happy to attend sites in Beds, Bucks, Cambs and Herts
Live within the above mentioned areas
Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor Position Remuneration
Salary circa £45K-£60K DOE
