About the role
This is an established role in a high performing professional team where you will have the opportunity to shape how you work and what you deliver. You will be responsible for Paradigm’s Risk Assurance function: delivering risk management, insurance and managing the internal audit programme. The role is supported by a Risk Assurance Officer and reports to the Director of Legal & Assurance, with key relationships with executive and non-executive senior management.

About you
We are looking for someone with great analytical, organisational, and presentational skills. A person who can survey the landscape and identify the opportunities and risks. Working with senior management via a mixture of office, remote and homeworking, you will be a confident communicator and a perceptive listener, who is able to translate the complex into concise and accurate output. The successful candidate will likely have experience in either risk management, internal audit and/or insurance. Your experience may have been gained within housing or another regulated sector, but this is not essential. Our ideal candidate will possess the right mix of experience and qualifications – professional qualification such as a recognised risk management qualification or other professional qualification (eg Solicitor, Accountant, Company Secretary, Internal Auditor) with significant post qualification experience in risk management, or equivalent job-related knowledge and experience.
