Spectrum Search are delighted to be recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Engineer for an award winning provider of Telecoms, IT & Security solutions to businesses across the UK. The position will be based out of there Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire office.
You will be working for an innovative and growing technology company that installs and maintains unified communications solutions to various vertical markets and be part of a driven, energetic team who work together as part of an awesome culture of fun and personal development.
So what will you be doing?
* As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer you will join the IT support team where you will be responsible for
* the resolution of complex issues across a wide and varied customer base.
* Your main responsibility will be to support the customer in response to requests for technical support.
* You will also provide proactive support and manage a wide range of monitoring systems to ensure we are aware of any technical faults with our customers systems.
* The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our customers exceptionally happy.
* The Senior / Level 3 Support Exec plays an important role in making sure that happens. The Senior / Level 3 Helpdesk Engineer handles escalated support requests for the Support Team. They are assigned the support requests that Level 2 Helpdesk Technicians can’t handle and also given interesting projects on an ad hoc basis.
What we are looking for in you as a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer:
* Professional, positive and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.
* Proven experience providing 1st/2nd Line technical support across workplace IT systems and web applications.
* Strong team work ethos – significant liaison with colleagues, IT suppliers and customers
* A problem solver – you will be solving complex problems with creative solutions
* A record of producing high quality documentation relating to IT services
Skill/Experience we are ideally looking for:
* Enterprise IT Service Management tools, eg, Service-Now
* Microsoft Active Directory and Office365/Azure administration tools
* Windows OS deployment methods and troubleshooting (3rd line)
* Mobile Device Management tools specifically for IOS and Android devices
* Microsoft O365 suite of apps; Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive
