We have a fantastic opportunity for an Customer Service Administrator to join our client in their team in Chesham. The ideal candidate will have a good administration background to process orders with strong customer service skills.
Key Duties
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Answering the phone/email and dealing with customer orders, questions and queries
* Ability to multi-task and flexibility to perform various other tasks in the office,
* Picking, packing and sending out samples from the office
* Flexibility to cover for other colleagues – helping with other admin tasks as and when required.
On Offer
* Base salary £23,000 per annum
* 6% pension contribution to their personal plan
* 3% bonus opportunity per quarter based on hitting sales target (therefore opportunity to earn 12% bonus in a year)
* 25 days holiday per year + statuary holidays
* Car parking in the public car park directly behind the offices will be paid for by the company
Hours
* 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm based out of our office in Chesham
