REFRIGERATION SERVICE ENGINEER
Refrigeration Engineering company, based near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire is a dynamic, successful, and fast developing business providing a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning services to a wide range of clients. Following new businesses awards we are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a qualified Commercial Refrigeration Engineer based in a suitable location to service clients located in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxford, and surrounding areas.
Providing services to a variety of clients we undertake design, service, maintenance, and installation works. There will be opportunities to work in a variety of environments on all types of systems including refrigerated cabinets, cold rooms, cellar coolers, Ice Machines and cassette or wall mount air conditioning systems.
Purpose of the Role:-
* The provision of planned and reactive maintenance of commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment to a variety of sites.
* Provision of expertise and initiative in assessment of faults ensuring appropriate rectification of the fault, or to recommend necessary repairs.
* To ensure statutory compliance of all planned and reactive maintenance inspections and rectification in accordance with F Gas regulations.
* To be part of a team installing commercial air conditioning systems and refrigerated cold rooms.
Essential Requirements:-
* You should be a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer and must possess a C&G 2079 certificate (F Gas Regulations) or equivalent. This is an essential requirement so please do not apply if you do not have this. A full, clean Driving licence.
* A logical approach to solving engineering problems combined with the ability to provide cost effective solutions.
* A Confident, professional approach with clients and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Flexibility in working hours and mobility. Travelling throughout the area will be essential as will the requirement to work on call.
* You will be positive in approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment, but above all be committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service.
* Good health and safety awareness
* Be prepared to ‘Go the extra mile’ to provide a first-class service with a Pro-active mentality
Remuneration:-
* Salary dependant on experience.
* Basic salary is paid on a 42.5-hour week Monday – Friday.
* Overtime rates are enhanced for Out of hours work
* A company van, tools, fuel card and uniform will be provided.
