Have you sold to the folding carton and / or corrugated packaging markets? If the answer is Yes then this a fantastic Sales Manager opportunity for you to join a fast growing manufacturer of adhesive application and quality assurance systems supplied to those markets. On the job training and ongoing support from the current incumbent will be available as the vacancy is due to his promotion within the company.
 
BASIC SALARY: up to £50,000
 
BENEFITS:
· Open ended commission to earn circa £10,000 in your 1st year
· £500 per month Car Allowance
· 5% Pension

LOCATION: Covering the whole of the UK & Ireland you will be home based and ideally living in England between, but including the M62 & M4 motorways
 
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Nottingham

This is a classic territory management role where you will be responsible for the companies existing business in the folding cartons market but will also be expected to find and generate new business in the corrugated packaging market across the Uk & Ireland.
 
Taking over from the current incumbent who has been promoted and is thus available to train you and hand over existing accounts.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager, Business Development Manager – adhesive applications / quality assurance systems, capital equipment – packaging
 
· You MUST have a proven track record of selling capital equipment or a technical solution to the packaging converting sector, ideally having sold into the folding cartons &/or corrugated packaging markets.
· Any mechanical engineering or similar technical qualifications or background would be advantageous but are not essential.

A very well established UK sales & service office for a foreign manufacturer of adhesive application AND quality assurance machinery & systems selling to the folding carton and corrugated packaging markets.
