Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of their long-established, leading clients of elderly and dementia care to appoint a Registered Manager for their large residential home based just outside of the Aylesbury area. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established provider who will support you in your role and in your career and a chance to feel as though you are giving back to the community whilst working alongside one of the UK's not for profit charitable organisation.
The Candidate
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a welcoming home providing both respite and long-term residential, residential dementia, dementia nursing, frail nursing, and end of life care. You will need to have experience managing a medium to large sized homes and it would be beneficial if you had turnaround experience.
Requirements
Experienced Home Manager
You will be a real people person and will be able to build rapport with residents and staff
Strong commercial acumen (marketing, recruitments etc.)
Proven background in maintaining KPI's and targets achieving 'Good' CQC ratings
Interview Process
There is a two-stage interview process.
Stage 1 – Zoom/ Teams call with the Regional Director
Stage 2 – Formal interview with the Regional Director and Interim CEO at the service
Location
The role is based just outside of the Aylesbury area and is easily commutable from: Watford, St Albans, Watford, Marlow, Oxford.
