Transcosmos have a fantastic opportunity for an international 'Finacial Controller' within our busy European headquarters based in the UK! This is a work-from-home opportunity, based anywhere within the UK.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) on all financial and accounting activities, you'll manage a hybrid Finance team in day-to-day operations in order to meet objectives. The 'Financial Controller' must understand consolidated management accounting and be able to produce monthly reporting in accordance with our HQ processes and deadlines.
Main Duties
Report and Analysis
Contribute to the development of budgets and financial plans for the company
Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
Review and sign off the monthly management accounts and analyse to identify results, trends, and highlight areas of risk
Collaborate with auditing services to verify proper compliance with financial regulations and statutory law in each location
Revenue and Profitability growth
Forecast new business opportunities. Understand and develop revenue methodology for each client
Overseeing pricing calculation for new projects
Cost-saving initiative
Cross border management
Oversee all company accounts and investments
Experience in multi-currency reporting and FX transactions
Ensure Tax Compliance in all locations working with local partners and authorities
Ownership of transfer pricing and management fees, recharge processes. Ensuring the agreements are up to date and compliant with local jurisdictions
Cash Flow Management
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
Supervise and oversee sales and purchase ledger functions
Improvement
Continually evaluating System to fit the business requirement
Validating and updating Process as the business grows
Ensure good corporate compliance by regular Internal audit
Team management
Supervise and manage financial department staff across multiple locations
Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback and trainingRequirements
– Considerable Finance experience (including "transfer pricing" with overseas subsidiaries, reporting into a UK parent company)
– Previous managerial experience (ideally within an international team)
– Excellent communication skills
