Assembly Engineer – ElectroMechanical machines.

You should experienced in the assembly of Electromechanical Machine;

The machines are complex and include; Mechanical assembly,electrical panel wiring, testing,conveyor belts, drives, fans, inverters, 3 Phase, pneumatic and air pressure equipment,

You will be required to assemble a variety of sub assemblies using small hand tools.

To assist with the build of the larger assemblies of a range of machines using a full range of tools, including air tools, and building the assemblies into the frame of the machine within agreed time scales.

To use, when necessary, the lifting equipment and overhead crane according to the safety guidelines.

Assist with BOM amendments

To check documentation and ensure that it is relevant and correct for the machine.

To follow through the test procedure and ensure that the machine conforms to mechanical drawings/electrical circuit diagrams and that the machine performs to the contract specification.

Assist with the packing of Machines

Record relevant information on to Final Test and Inspection .

Carry out all functions/final tests and, where necessary, make mechanical/electrical adjustments to improve the performance of the machine.
