Teaching Assistant Required

Start as soon as possible

Veritas are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, kind, and capable Teaching Assistant to support a wonderful Primary School in High Wycombe. You will work with pupils under the direction of the class teacher, supervise the children and undertake activities necessary to meet the physical, emotional and educational requirements of each individual or groups of pupils. Furthermore, the teaching assistant will supervise the pupils outside the classroom including playgrounds, dining areas or on visits outside the School premises, ensuring Health and Safety at all times.

The role is until at least the end of the academic year with the view to go permenant at the next school year should the successful teaching assistant perform well over time.

The ideal candidate will possess a good standard of education with proficiency in literacy and numeracy, good communication skills and have experience working with pupils, in either a paid, voluntary, or domestic environment.

The pay rate is £75-£95 per day depending on experience and the normal working hours of (Apply online only) 5 days per week.
