My client is an international supplier of enrichment services and fuel cycle products for the civil nuclear industry, serving utility customers worldwide who provide low carbon electricity through nuclear generation. As a result of investment activity, They are seeking people to enhance our in-house project delivery capability based in their Group Projects team based in our sites in Germany, Netherlands, Capenhurst (UK), and USA. Group Projects is responsible for driving excellence in portfolio management, project management, project engineering management, estimating, project controls, procurement and contract management, and construction management. As a part of Group Projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts providing subject matter consulting, advice and direct delivery of strategically significant Urenco projects.
Urenco Group Projects is entering into a period of significant and exciting change. This role will help support the delivery and growth of the new project organisation and help Urenco achieve excellence in project delivery.
Reporting to the Manager of Project System, this role holder will support the Project Standards department which provides standards and tools to Urenco, ensuring the appropriate direct project support is in place to effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of project expenditure.
The main areas of responsibility will include:
Proactive co-ordination, support and administration to the Project Standards department including the co-ordination and production of reports and producing departmental summary reports.
Development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate configuration management procedures. Formatting of Group Projects documentation, creation of Group Project templates.
Providing functional support for project resource planning standards, responsible for the maintenance of Urenco’s processes and procedures for resource planning.
Collate, analyse and maintain the ‘master’ resource planning inputs from business units to deliver outputs to Urenco, ensuring quality control of resource planning deliverables.
Preparing reports and presentations, handling information requests, scheduling meetings to contribute to efficiency of Group Projects.

Strong attention for detail including document management, formatting and control.
Excellent written and presentation skills
Experience in the use of a number of planning and scheduling tools including Primavera and Microsoft Project
Conversant in business English and business language specific to role location
