Compliance and Operations Administrator

Annual Salary – Paying up to £26,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

Location: Milton Keynes – Office Based

My client is recruiting a Compliance and Operations Administrator to join a friendly team based in Milton Keynes.

The main purpose of the role is to manage and lead compliance activities whilst ensuring corporate infrastructure, philosophies and performance expectations are administered across the group business to enable the business to run efficiently within time, cost and quality constraints.

This role also carries the ownership of all business support initiatives and the objective of setting a strong and consistent framework through which the group operates, ensuring the group has the correct competency levels across the workforce to meet both current and future business needs.

Responsibilities of the role.

Ensure continuous legislative and driver compliance checks are maintained in line with statutory legal requirements
Obtain and scrutinise candidates’ documentation including photo ID, right to work evidence, training qualification certificates, professional registration details, work history, in strict accordance with a regulatory and contractual requirement
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals if the organisation.
Working with a project lead mindset to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner and then delivered to the relevant team.
Providing assistance to the Operational Lead.
