Customer Service Executive
Temporary to permanent
£20,500 with a OTE £22,000

Our client has been operating for over twenty years; they are passionate about their products and their people. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their well-established team based in Milton Keynes.
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be first point of contact for the business, supporting customers with telephone and email queries supporting the customer through to resolution. We are looking for a friendly, solutions orientated positive candidate to join a friendly hard-working team.
The responsibilities
Take inbound calls from business customers and support with all queries
Update the system accurately
Investigate queries and complaints and resolve them updating the customer throughout the process
Schedule engineers to resolve issues or to investigate further
General AdministrationExperience required
Ideally you will have call centre customer service experience
Must be a strong communicator and a natural problem solver
Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems
Great attention to detail
Flexible to work 1 in 4 weekends
