The Role: Customer Service Team Leaders
We have developed two exciting, new roles within our Customer Service team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. They will both play a vital role in the high standard and future development of the department.

About the role
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years customer service experience and is now looking at processing their career further. Ideally with recent team leader experience.
They will be responsible for setting high standards for the team through effective training and support, ensuring the very highest level of customer care is provided. They will also help drive sales and ensure response times on all administrational tasks are meeting our targets.
Main duties of the role consist of assisting the Customer Service Manager and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.
Focused on weekly objectives and sales budgets.
Training of new people and existing team members.
Help motivate the team, work hard and play!
Managing workloads and delegating
