We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join one of our customers based in Milton Keynes

Hours of work: 18.00 – 0600 on a 3 on 4 off basis

Duties:

* Planning staffing to meet production deadlines

* Co-ordinating training

* Involvement in agreeing and implementing measures and targets – monitoring performance

* Manage personnel matters such as holiday and cover if needed

* Working closely with other areas such as engineering, operations, supply Chain and HR

* Continuous improvement

* Deputising for Shift Manager

* Safety checks and recording data

* Awareness of site profit and loss/performance

* Motivation and team building skills

* Drive forward lean manufacturing techniques

We are looking for a candidate that has a consistent background within manufacturing/warehouse (FMCG) at leader level Great opportunity to join a global business which continues to expand on a consistent basis
