This is an opportunity for an experienced ERP specialist to support our client's finance and operations functions through the implementation and extension of a major MS D365 based digital transformation. The successful candidate will help our client's users to get the most out of MS Dynamics 365 by providing subject matter expertise on the solution.
Responsibilities
Work within the Project team to manage, lead and participate in a system migration of 20+ new legal entities over to D365 F&SCM, CE and HR implementations as necessary.
Guide internal and external resources through D365 implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimisation.
Liaise with D365 implementation 3rd party/vendor to ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered as well as articulating functional designs, co-ordinating testing, and implementation to live.
Assist to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing a roadmap for continual enhancements of the D365.
Identify improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in D365 and other business applications.
Train and coach end-users in getting the most out of D365. Desired Skills / Experience
SME in D365 Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement and Human Resources ERP
Good understanding of businesses processes and ERP / supporting systems
Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements.
SOX exposure or experience is desirable
Logic Apps, Power Automate/Apps creation to automate business solutions
Proven experience in at least one similar role implementing and extending Microsoft D365 ERP
A minimum of 3 years experience in the management & delivery of corporate ERP & Financial Systems
Excellent organisational skills, proactive, self-motivated and customer service skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills Additional Information

Salary Offered: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (based on experience) + Benefits
